The Bulls upstaged favourites Wycheproof-Narraport by 42 points in the second semi-final at Sea Lake.
The Bulls prevailed 15.8 (98) to 8.8 (56), with the victory ignited by a stellar first quarter from forward Nathan Gordon.
Gordon booted four goals in the opening term to help the Bulls establish a 6.3 to 2.3 lead at quarter-time.
The Demons cut the margin to 10 points at half-time, before the Bulls kicked away again with four goals to one in the third term on the way to their sixth win in a row.
“Our half-back line stood up really well, which helped a lot, and Nathan Gordon having a day out was obviously important as well,” Bulls coach Tom Carland said.
Gordon finished with six goals for the Bulls and was named best, while Danny Jones, who had the job of shadowing Corey Jones, and Lachlan Foott (two goals) also played key roles.
Boe Bish off half-back and midfielders George Turner and Ricky Allan were named best for the Demons, who now confront Sea Lake Nandaly Tigers in the preliminary final at Charlton on Saturday.
Birchip-Watchem won its last premiership in 2001.
Every other club – apart from new-comer Sea Lake Nandaly Tigers, which only joined the competition last year – has won a premiership since.
