The man is in his 20s, 180 centimetres tall and has an Australian accent.
He was wearing a black balaclava, grey hooded jumper, black jacket, black pants and black shoes.
TUESDAY NIGHT: Police are investigating after a service station attendant was held up at gun point this evening.
A Victoria Police spokeswoman said police were told a masked man armed with a rifle entered the Cobb and Co Road premises at Carlsruhe shortly before 7.30pm, demanding cash.
The male store attendant handed over a small amount of cash to the man, who fled in an unknown vehicle.
No one was injured during the incident and the investigation is ongoing.
