The Mount Alexander Business Awards will be held at the Castlemaine Town Hall with be held with Australian broadcaster and journalist Tracee Hutchison hosting the evening and Bendigo business woman Margot Spalding is the guest speaker.
Businesses have been nominated across the agribusiness; creative and cultural; manufacturing, construction and trade; micro business; professional services; and retail, hospitality and tourism categories.
“The excitement is building about who will take out an award from an impressive list of 16 finalists across six award categories,” Mount Alexander Shire economic development officer Eva Parkin said.
“The winners of each category will go in the running for the coveted Business of the Year award.
“Everyone is invited to come along and celebrate our local business talent and learn about innovative approaches to business happening across the shire.”
