SHEPPARTON United kept the pressure on top side Eaglehawk with a resounding 11-0 victory over Moama-Echuca Border Raiders in Sunday's Bendigo Amateur Soccer League men's championship fixture.

The win leaves United three points behind the top-placed Hawks on the championship ladder. Eaglehawk had a bye on the weekend.
Ruben Goldwater was the star for United, booting a round-high four goals, boosting his season tally to 12.
Shah Mohammad Sharifi, Mohammed Almussawi, Dhiya Al Mugotir, Ermal Marku, Ghulam Hassani and Mohammad Hadi Dad all scored singles in a display full of class and power from United.
Meanwhile, fourth-placed Strathdale had to fight hard to score a 2-1 win over Golden City at Beischer No. 1.
Lukas Blom opened the scoring for the Blues in the 25th minute.
The game remained at 1-nil until Daniel Maierhofler slotted Strathdale's second in the 83rd minute, with Godwil Basha getting one back late for the Rams to leave the Blues with a hard-fought win.
At McEwen Reserve, Shepparton South retained its grip on third spot with a convincing 8-1 win over Colts United.
Sean Grant led the way for Shepparton South with a hat-trick, and was well-aided by Joel Aitken and Toby Ferguson, who both scored doubles.
Colts United's lone goal did not come until late in the contest, with Thomas Christie finding the back of the net in the 86th minute.
At Epsom Huntly Recreation Reserve, a goal in the 94th minute from James Crawley gave Epsom a thrilling 3-2 win over Spring Gully.
Josh Dwyer and Josh Claney also scored for the Scorpions.
In youth games, Epsom defeated Spring Gully United 4-0, with Curtis Baker slotting two goals for the Scorpions, Strathdale and Golden City drew 3-3, and Moama-Echuca Border Raiders defeated Shepparton United 2-0.
