Stuart secured his position with a victory in the cadets under-18 under-50kg category at the national championships over the Queen's Birthday long weekend.
His national championship win at the Gold Coast Sport Leisure Centre followed the teenager's win at the Oceania Continental Judo Championships in Tonga in April.
The cadet world championships will be held in Santiago, starting August 9.
Australia's top competitor in each weight category will do battle against the top judo players throughout the world.
It's been a huge first six months of the year for Stuart, who has competed in a pair of international tournaments .
"I train most days of the week to get better and to be ready to compete at my goal competitions," he said.
"I train at my club Bendigo Judo Academy on Tuesdays and every Thursday, I also train in Melbourne at Preston Judo.
"I also do strength training when I am not doing judo all along with my commitment to horse riding."
Stuart is hoping to be a dual sporting success.
Away from the judo mat he is training to become an apprentice jockey with Pat Starr Racing.
I train most days of the week to get better.
