Two white marquees were stolen from Bull Street between 4am and 5am on Monday, April 17.
The marquees were owned by a hire company and had been set up in the street for the festival.
Together they are worth about $3600.
One of the men police hope to speak to was wearing a distinctive striped top at the time he was filmed by the security camera.
