Community members gathered at Wolstencroft Park to take part in the bike ride which was followed by a picnic lunch.
Bike Bendigo Community Ride organiser, Jac Torres-Gomez said ‘We’ll be honouring this invention that changed the world with a family-friendly bike ride. As a highlight there will be bikes from different eras, shapes and sizes, we invite the wider community to come along in celebration of all things cycling’.
