The Thunder was again at its defensive best as it conceded just two goals, both in the first quarter, in what was a 99-point hiding of La Trobe University at Bundoora.
Bendigo put La Trobe to the sword as it won 17.11 (113) to 2.2 (14) to improve to 4-0 and move to the top of the ladder with a whopping percentage of 746.9.
Recruit Andrea Walsh’s strong form up forward continued with a bag of five goals to take her season tally to 21.
Amanda Carrod (two goals), Kodi Jacques, Walsh and Jessica Ross led the best players for the Thunder.
