A man has been arrested after a vehicle, believed to have been stolen, crashed into a power pole in Golden Square.

Bendigo Acting Sergeant Lincoln Owens said the stolen vehicle left the road about 6am on Saturday and collided with an electricity pole.
He said the vehicle came to a stop in the front garden of a house at Specimen Hill Road.
Acting Sergeant Owens said the driver ran off along Specimen Hill Road and entered the grounds of a nursing home.
He said police members chased the man on foot and arrested him.
An Eaglehawk man, in his late 20s, was taken to Bendigo Health for observation.
He is expected to be interviewed in relation to the offences.
