Mackie, who missed Geelong’s second game against the Adelaide Crows last weekend, and Cameron Guthrie are the two additions into the Cats’ squad of 27 for the 4.10pm clash against the Bombers at the Queen Elizabeth Oval.
Geelong captain Joel Selwood will play his first game back on the QEO since he was drafted by the Cats from the Bendigo Pioneers in 2006.

Selwood has been in the news this week following the TAC ending its sponsorship agreement with Geelong in the wake of the Cats’ skipper losing his licence and being fined after being clocked at 127 km/h in a 100 km/h zone last month.
Selwood’s younger brother and another ex-Bendigo Pioneer, Scott Selwood, hasn’t been named in the squad.
Scott Selwood, who suffered a toe injury during pre-season, hasn’t played any of the Cats’ JLT Community Series matches.
Fans at Sunday’s game will get to see the reigning Brownlow medallist in action in Geelong superstar Patrick Dangerfield.
