The Bulls crunched 309 on Saturday, featuring a century to Jayden Burke (133) and 76 from opener Josh Hann.
Burke and Hann put on 176 for the fourth wicket after the Bulls had been 3-45.
Opener Nick Leach bagged 5-60 off 21 overs for Kingower, which was all out for 106 in its first innings.
David Rose (45) top-scored for Kingower. The best with the ball for the Bulls was workhorse Nick Stagg (3-40).
The Bulls were bowled out for 126 in their second innings, with Burke (41) again the best with the bat.
Kingower will resume the third and final day next Saturday at 1-8 with a victory target of 330 at Bridgewater.
