Going into Thursday night’s heat, Issac Efferett holds a four-point lead at the top of the table.
Chris Panaji is second ahead of last year’s winner Tim Sullivan, but they are under pressure from Ross Douglas and John Justice to keep their positions in the top three.
Athletes already qualified for the distance series final are Efferett, Panaji, Sullivan, Ross and Mel Douglas, Justice, Findlay, Rusbridge, Nolan, Green, Ermel, Tuohey, Norton and Flack.
Meanwhile, Adam Parker’s sparkling track form continued in the latest heat of the Tuesday Night Series run by Flack Advisory Bendigo Region athletics.
