The former Sandhurst leg-spinner took 2-50 off 17 overs as the Vics bowled out the ACT for 284 on the final day to record an 83-run victory.
After going wicketless in his first spell on day four, Bowe returned to have Tom Roges caught by Matt Short for 11 before he clean bowled danger man Ben Manetti for 37.
Fellow Bendigo product Xavier Crone bowled one spell on Thursday. The former Strathfieldsaye quick had figures of 0-28 of five overs. Bowe and Crone have one day rest before returning to Premier Cricket duties with Essendon and Carlton respectively.
