Third-placed Bendigo’s thrilling 66 shot to 65 win over Eaglehawk gave it a two-win advantage over the fourth-placed Hawks and a three-win lead over fifth-placed Kangaroo Flat.
The Roos moved within striking distance of the top four after Inglewood forfeited their encounter.
