Blow did not apply for bail and was remanded in custody to a committal hearing on April 12.
He is alleged to have held-up the Shell service station with a weapon, and stole $200.
The court heard Blow requires treatment for psychiatric conditions, and may be withdrawing from drugs and alcohol.
UPDATE, 4.40pm: Two men have been charged for the alleged armed robbery of a Shell service station on McIvor Road in East Bendigo last night.
A 21-year-old man from East Bendigo has been charged with armed robbery and theft, and will appear in the Bendigo Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
A 25-year-old Long Gully man has also been charged with armed robbery and theft, and has been bailed to appear in court on January 10.
He returned to the scene after the incident and spoke with police.
The second alleged offender was caught later on Tuesday.
EARLIER: A man has been arrested and police are seeking another following a robbery at a Bendigo East service station.
Two men entered the McIvor Road store about 10.20pm on Monday.
The attendant handed over a sum of cash, after being threatened by one of the men.
The pair then left the store.
A 25-year-old Long Gully man, who did not speak to the attendant, returned to the scene a short time later and spoke with police.
He is assisting investigators with their inquiries.
The second man, who was wearing a blue hoodie, has yet to be found.
