Bendigo Stadium hosted apparatus through the days with floor, beam and uneven bars routines the highlights.
It is the second year in a row the national championships have been held in Bendigo with more than 3000 competitors taking part.
The first of 11 days of gymnastics competition began on Thursday, with the carnival to run until September 25 at the Bendigo Stadium, Ulumbarra Theatre and Flora Hill Indoor Sports Centre.
Also being held in conjunction with the National Clubs Carnival is the Australian Aerobic Gymnastics Championships, which is on at Ulumbarra.
Day six of the carnival is the final day of aerobics at Ulumbarra.
Wednesday will see Flora Hill Indoor Sports Centre host the first ever National TeamGym Competition in Australia.
The event finishes on Saturday with trampoline and tumbling competitions.
