In late May, a safe containing cash was also stolen from the stadium.
A police spokesperson said those responsible gained access to the building overnight by smashing a gaming room window.
CCTV footage indicated as many as three people were involved, the spokesperson said.
The thieves had left by the time security arrived, but not before ransacking some areas of the club in their search for cash.
It was unclear whether the events were linked, but a connection between the crimes was a possibility investigators were exploring.
There have also been burglaries at the Eaglehawk RSL and Bendigo Stadium-owned Borough Club in recent months, but the police spokesperson said circumstances surrounding the stadium incidents did not match the other crimes.
Bendigo Stadium was contacted but would not provide comment.
