Brazilian Beauty Bendigo was the runner-up for salon of the year at last month’s Brazilian Beauty National Ball, a recognition of the work of the franchise’s 21 salons across Australia.

Salon manager Paige Ryan won three awards, including therapist of the year.

“These awards mean a lot, but for me, it’s knowing that each day I’m helping my clients to feel better about themselves,” Ms Ryan said.

The salon was also awarded the customer service excellence award, while runner-up customer service excellence award went to team member Rainer Tibbett, the retail excellence award and Australian Skin Institute retailer of the year to Ms Ryan, and co-ordinator of the year to Kathryn Campbell.

Last year the team won won nine awards.

"I am so proud of all my staff and their achievements, the awards we have won are a true reflection of the dedication and hard work of all the team,” franchisee Sandra Campbell said.
