All three accused – Peter Arthur, 44, charged with murder; Christine Lyons, 44, charged with being an accessory to murder; and Ronald Lyons, 43, charged with being an accessory to murder – will re-appear in the Bendigo Magistrates' Court on June 22.
Christine Lyons, 44, has also been remanded in custody charged with being an accessory to the murder of Kangaroo Flat woman Samantha Kelly.
She did not apply for bail.

Lyons appeared via video link in the Bendigo Magistrates' Court on Monday morning, and was remanded in custody to appear at a committal mention on June 22.
Lyons told the court he "wanted to try to get bail today", but no application was made.
He will remain in custody in Melbourne, where his insulin dependency was outlined as his only custody management issue.
EARLIER: The people who shared a home with Bendigo mother Samantha Kelly and cared for her young children after she vanished more than three weeks ago will appear in court today, charged over her murder.
Peter James Arthur appeared in an out of sessions hearing in the Bendigo Police Station on Friday night where he was accused of murdering Ms Kelly, 39, with a hammer at the Kangaroo Flat property they shared.
Mr Arthur has been charged with one count of murder, while his two housemates, Christine Lyons and Ronald Lyons, have each been charged with one count of being an accessory to murder after the fact over an alleged cover up.
All three were remanded in custody to appear in the Bendigo Magistrates Court today, Monday, February 15.
