A rubbish truck crashed into the top of the driveway of the Central City Caravan Park at about 10.30am on Tuesday, causing extensive damage.

A worker at the caravan park said the truck was higher than the truck that usually collects the park’s rubbish and had exceeded the driveway’s four metre height limit.
“I was sitting in the office and went to open the gates for the truck,” she said
“The next thing I know the whole roof lifted and everything started falling so I hightailed it out of there.”
State Emergency Service crews were on scene but no on was injured.
The whole structure will likely have to be demolished.
