KENNINGTON: A unknown person caused willful damage to the fencing on a property at Lowndes Street in Kennington.
The offender climbed over a garden fence causing extensive damage to the fence and the decorative fitting atop it.
The incident happened between Wednesday afternoon and Thursday afternoon.
BENDIGO: A Blue Hyundai was broken into near the Bendigo Health development site on Hope Street yesterday.
The offender smashed the driver’s side window and stole a phone charger and portable speaker valued at about $30. The damage to the window is estimated at $700 damage.
A building site foreman noticed the broken window and reported it to police at midday.
EAST BENDIGO: An unknown offender attempted to break into a motor vehicle that was parked at the Coles supermarket on McIvor Road in East Bendigo.
The vehicle owner returned to her car to find a broken pair of scissors in the door lock on the drivers side.
EPSOM: Two businesses in Epsom were broken into overnight –Poyser’s Motors and Good Earth Garden Supplies.
Between 5.30pm and 6.30am this morning an unknown offender cut the fencing of Poyser Motors. It is unknown if anything has been stolen yet.
Between 5am and 5.30am this morning the office, kitchen and store buildings of Good Earth Garden Supplies were ransacked.
Police said it appeared as though a vehicle was stolen from the property but inquiries are still pending.
