Bendigo Community Health, Headspace, Youth Empowerment Against HIV/AIDS and the Centre Against Sexual Assault will set up stalls to provide students with information.
BSSC assistant principal Linda Lyons said the day was an annual event on the school calendar.
"Relationships are an important part of who we are and how we think about ourselves, whether they are friendships or romantic relationships," she said.
"Changes and conflict within relationships can cause stress and impact other parts of young people’s lives.
"The day is about providing students with information to help them deal with problems or issues in their relationships, as well as giving them the knowledge to build healthy relationships with their friends, families, partners and peers."
