Police said the man was travelling towards Cobram when he lost control of the vehicle after hitting a patch of gravel.
The vehicle rolled once. The driver sustained neck and back injuries in the crash.
EARLIER: A MAN is being airlifted to hospital with back injuries after a single-vehicle accident at Burnewang.
Emergency services were called to the scene on the Midland Highway shortly before 9am.
The driver was trapped in the wreckage for some time and has been transported to the Elmore Football Club awaiting transfer by air ambulance.
