BENDIGO City FC has appointed Fabrizio Soncin as football technical director for its National Premier League campaign in 2015.

Soncin joins the newly-formed club after being head coach at FC Bulleen Lions last season.
As technical director, Soncin will lead the on-field development of Bendigo City FC.
Soncin will mentor and lead the club’s coaches.
"This is a challenge I am really looking forward to," Soncin said on Friday.
"In many ways I can relate to the challenges country clubs and players face," he said of growing up in Dimbulah in far-north Queensland.
"I could have stayed at Bulleen, but Bendigo City came calling.
"The great thing about those involved with Bendigo City is that I am yet to hear the word can't.
"The club faces a great test on and off the pitch, but I am keen to help build the club."
Soncin and his family are aiming to relocate to Bendigo.
His coaching career includes being in charge of Melbourne Victory's women's team in 2013.
Victory progressed to the W-League grand final.
Soncin had a stint as head coach at Sunshine George Cross.
Originally from Queensland, he took Marlin Coast Rangers FC to state league champions
The A licence coach is also passionate about developing younger players helping them be the best they can be.
Soncin has coached Victorian and Queensland state teams in the national youth championships, coached at the Victorian National training centre and was head zone coach with North West Wanderers in the Victorian Champions league.
Off the pitch, Corey Scoble is interim president at Bendigo City FC, with Travis St Clair the interim vice-president.
