A report on afl.com.au touted Hamilton as a potential candidate for the Saints' general manager of football performance role.
However, Hamilton quashed the suggestion on Thursday.
"There's nothing in that," Hamilton said.
"I haven't been interviewed by St Kilda or spoken to them and I'm not really sure where some of these stories originate from.
"All my focus, time and energy is on here in Bendigo.
"I'd say this would be one of those stories that quickly comes and goes."
Hamilton has worked with AFLCV since last year.
