The owners of Bendigo Caravan Centre said they did not wish to comment.
UPDATE 6.15pm: A caravan and boat have been completely destroyed in a fire at Bendigo Caravan Centre in Epsom.
One man suffered superficial burns and has been taken to Bendigo Health.
Duty officer Chris Jacobsen said firefighters managed to stop the fire spreading further throughout the yard.
"At this stage it appears to be accidental," Mr Jacobsen said.
UPDATE 5.50pm: A caravan at a sales yard in Epsom has been completely destroyed in a fire.
The fire is out and firefighters are cleaning up the site.
Three fire trucks have attended the scene.
EARLIER: CFA units are responding to reports of fires in a caravan and boat at Epsom Palms Caravan World.
A CFA spokesperson said the fires were reported shortly after 5.30pm.
He said five units were responding to the fires at the Midland Highway business.
