Teams will head to BLTC in Barnard Street for the first time in the 2014-15 season.
A highlight of the Quest Bendigo-backed Premier League will be the all-Spring Gully match between third-placed Butterflies and second-placed Eppalock Fencing on courts three, four and five.
The clash between captains Matt Hartland and Jack Baker will be one to look forward to.
If Corbin Flemming lines up again he could push Eppalock Fencing to a win as his big game is suited perfectly to the grass courts.
BLTC Rising Sun and BLTC Quest play on courts six, seven and eight.
Quest look to have an edge on paper, with Isaac Watson, Ryan Leader, Lynda Gallagher and Michael Nihill going up against Sam McHarg, Tova Penno and the Blencowe’s, Jayden and Rashelle.
The ladder-leading Spring Gully Brougham Arms should be too strong for BLTC Metro on courts 11, 12 and 13.
