Bendigo's Telstra stores will be open from 8am to serve the some of the first people in Australia and hellped them connect to the fourth generation iPhone.
Area general manager for Telstra Ian Baker said teams were very excited to be a part of the launch.
"It's been a long time coming and now it's here we get to find out exactly what (the iPhone 6) is like and get it in our hands," he said.
The iPhones arrived in the stockrooms around the country yesterday but staff were under strict orders not to open the boxes until Friday.
"There have been lots of expressions of interest which is awesome. It's like Christmas. The presents are there but you can't open them," Mr Baker said.
"The (mobile) phone isn't just a phone these days. They are part of our lives and part of how we connect.
"Coupled with Telstra's great network, (the iPhones) will be an excellent experience."
