The talented duo were joint winners of the Betty Thompson award at Sunday’s award, polling 24 votes each.
A centre, Webb polled in 11 of the 18 games in the Bendigo Football Netball League A-grade and was named the best on court five times.
She missed the final five games of the season because she went on a holiday.
Webb said she was honoured to have won the award.
“I am really happy with how I went this season,” she said.
“But I have to put it down to the team I played with.”
Webb is playing in her first year with the Tigers, who had not fielded an A-grade side in about seven years.
“We didn’t feel the pressure at the start of the season,” she said.
“We played like we had nothing to lose and I think most teams underestimated us.”
Webb said she was staying on with Kyneton next season and declared the Tigers will be bigger and stronger in 2015.
Golden Square star defender Meg Gilbert was not at the awards ceremony on Sunday, she was called and told to get to the presentation day.
Gilbert, who will be playing in the grand final this weekend, said she was shocked to have polled so many votes.
“My season has been relatively good,” she said.
“I didn’t think I was a chance at winning the award.
“I have loved the year we have had.
“The girls are great and to get to play in defence with Allira Holmes is always a lot of fun.”
