The Buccaneers are undefeated this season, but the team is wary of the Monash Warriors.
Geelong coach Gary Wilson said he and his team were looking forward to the challenge.
"Over the past four or five years we have had some great battles with the Warriors," he said.
"We were undefeated throughout the whole season and lost the final, we are in the same position this year, we just hope to have a different result this time around."
The Warriors will now play-off in the their 10th Vic Bowl appearance in the past 11 years.
Wilson said spectators would be in for a good show.
"We play a high tempo game, with a high velocity offence," he said.
"We have been averaging about 55 points a game, we pass the ball well and have an aggressive defence, which is similar to how the Warriors play."
The Vic Bowl will be played at the Tom Flood Sports Centre on Saturday, it is the first time in the 30-year-history of Gridiron Victoria the league's final game will be played outside of Melbourne.
The division one championships will be played at 6pm while the division two final between the Gippsland Gladiators and the Ballarat Falcons will kick-off at 2.30pm.
Entry to the game is $5, children under the age of 14 is free.
