After a first-up victory on day one of division one matches, Bendigo could not sustain the run in the third and fourth round matches at Settlers Run Golf Club.
In the morning, GB took on Mornington Peninsula.
Bendigo's Kristi Bilkey won 2 and 1 and Helen Leech achieved an 8 and 6 win.
Jenny Bilkey squared her match, but it was Mornington Peninsula which reigned supreme, 4 1/2 to 2 1/2.
Bendigo then faced South Western.
It was a disastrous result for WGB as South Western won all seven contests.
In Wednesday's fifth and final round, Bendigo will play North Eastern at Peninsula Golf Club from 8am.
The competition's top two, South Western and Mornington Peninsula do battle to decide the Alice Colman title.
