The Dragons finished the regular season off on a high, defeating the Melbourne Royals in high scoring game on Sunday.
Bendigo won 46 to 20, ending the season with six wins and six losses.
Running back Callum Kirkpatrick and quarterback Talon Roggasch both scored two touchdowns for the match.
Paul Rotering and Trent Bice also scored touchdowns.
The last time the Dragons faced the Rangers, Croydon won 14 to 6.
The play-off game will be held at Ranger Field at 1pm on Saturday.
