Now coaching at Oakleigh Cannons, Bleiberg's record includes coaching Brisbane Roar and Gold Coast United.
The colourful coach gave tips during a 90-minute presentation that centred on his experiences in professional and semi-professional footballl.
FC Bendigo operations manager Brock Rogers said the Bleiberg session was a huge plus for the club.
"We learnt a lot from the discussions with Miron and will use that information toward on and off-field success for the long term," Rogers zsaid.
Bleiberg was the inaugural coach at Brisbane Roar and Gold Coast United.
He had to create a football department, along with its structures, from scratch.
"Miron's involvement at Brisbane and Gold Coast means he fully understands the challenges we are facing as a new club."
In its inaugural year, FC Bendigo has tapped into the knowledge of key figures from various clubs.
"Miron coming to Bendigo is another example of FC Bendigo trying to surround itself with the right people and knowledge base," said Rogers.
"We invited long-time Moreland Zebras president Joe Sala to Bendigo at the start of the year to help set the club up.
"Bendigo Gold and Bendigo Spirit are other clubs we have approached to share information."
FC Bendigo has achieved five wins in its debut season in the National Premier League Victoria division one championship.
The club's junior teams have shone against many of the best young players from across Victoria.
