The initiative has been organised by the City of Greater Bendigo, Future Employment Opportunities and TechCollect.
City of Greater Bendigo Mayor Barry Lyons said 90 per cent of computers and TVs could be recycled and made into new products.
Assistance is available for the elderly, those with a disability and or those without transport.

The landfill is open 8am to 5pm on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
