First of 12 heats in the rich VBIS Maiden Series will be run at 5.29pm.
Some impeccably bred youngsters are set to make their race track debuts.

Senor Grumpy, trained by leading trainer Kel Greenough, who prepared recent Bendigo Cup winner Paw Licking show tremendous pace at his last outing at Sandown only to be run down late in fast time over the 515m trip.
Back to the 425m journey of the Bendigo series and drawn in box eight, Senor Grumpy gets his chance to break through and make his way through to the semi finals of the $7500 to the winner series.
Veetee Saharrah will be one to watch from race nine when she carries the red rug in her second race track appearance.
She was a beaten favourite on debut at Horsham when a length second in smart time and goes from box eight to box one, which may just prove the difference.
This evenings meeting is the first of six meetings in 13 days at Bendigo, including a kids day race meeting on Sunday, June 29.
The bumper meeting on Friday, July 4 includes a host of feature events highlighted by the running of the Group Two Bendigo Cup.
