"To the best of my knowledge the ministers' Liberal mates in Canberra will cut $25million in funding from Bendigo Health over the next five years," she said.
"Minister, if the figure is wrong then what is?
“Minister Davis is disputing the ALP’s figures while at the same time his Party Leader, Denis Napthine, is in the media slamming the Federal Government for $20 billion in cuts to Victoria’s health and education.
"Talk about mix messages.
“It just shows how the Liberals don’t actually care about healthcare or the state of our hospitals - they are just trying to save face and turn the headlines away from how the Liberals, both federally and in Victoria, are ripping the healthcare system apart."

MINISTER for Health David Davis says Member for Bendigo Lisa Chesters is in "cloud cuckooland".
Mr Davis' comments come after claims by the ALP almost $25 million will be ripped from Bendigo Health over the next four years as a result of Federal Budget cuts.
Labor says it has analysed hospital cuts made by the federal government.
But during a press conference at the new Bendigo Hospital site on Tuesday Mr Davis maintained the final calculations for Victoria's share of the growth funding, nationally, had not yet been finalised.
"So I'm not sure how Ms Chesters could work this out when the state and the commonwealth government are yet to finalise those figures," Mr Davis said.
"She'll just have to wait, rather than go around with clear inventions ... Ms Chesters hasn't used my figures because those figures are yet to be calculated.
"She's in cloud cuckooland along with her Labor colleagues."
