As expected between the undefeated top side and winless bottom side, it was all one-way traffic as the Redbacks won 34.18 (222) to 6.8 (44) at home.
It was the Redbacks' second score above 200 and second win by more than 170 points in their first five games after also kicking 34.16 (220) in a 176-point victory over St Arnaud in round four.
Full-forward Sam Barnes bagged 10 goals for the Redbacks to take his season tally to 27, while Nathan Holt was also lively inside 50, kicking five goals, with the pair among 13 goalkickers.
Donald kicked two of the first three goals of the match and was within 13 points at quarter-time.
However, the Redbacks produced a scintillating second term when they piled on 13 goals to lead by 93 points at half-time.
And they didn't slacken off after the main break, adding 16 goals to three in a performance that boosted their already healthy percentage of 203.4 to 245.9.
While Barnes dominated with 10 goals, for the second week in a row, Liam McCarthy (two goals) was the best for Wedderburn, which also had Rohan McHugh (two goals), Daniel Gash and Andrew Brett star.
The best for Donald - which drew with Wedderburn last time they met - were Luke Carr, Darby Harrison and Brody Haddow.
• In the match of the round, St Arnaud won a five-point thriller against a wasteful Charlton, 13.11 (89) to 10.24 (84).
In their first game since their 176-point flogging from Wedderburn, the Saints led at every change as they made more of their scoring opportunities.
Nicholas Coghlan (six) and Daniel Needs (four) kicked 10 goals between them for the Saints, whose best was Keegan Dingo.
In its second close loss in a row, coach Aaron Walklate (two goals), Ben Walklate and Rhys Thompson played well for Charlton.
• The improved Boort kicked away from Wycheproof-Narraport after half-time to win its third game in a row.
The Magpies trailed by one point at half-time, but kicked 10 goals to four after the main break to prevail 16.12 (108) to 10.15 (75).
Former Essendon player Andrew Welsh kicked four goals for the Magpies, whose best were led by ex-Carlton player Jesse Smith, Andrew White (three goals) and Matthew Hodoras.
The Demons were best served by Spencer Allan, Declan Lourey and Christopher Driscoll.
