The extensive property on Hargreaves Street offers a substantial commercial freehold in Bendigo CBD, sitting on about 2600 square meters of land.
The main property comprises the iconic Dragon City Lanes, which this year celebrates its 50th anniversary, as well as the associated parking and café and a former retail space and vacant land suitable for car parking.
Agent Robert Ketterer said interest in the property had been good but it was too early to know what will happen.
“We have got a few interested parties,” he said.
“We are talking to a few people about the property but we don’t know at this stage if we will have a sale.”
The land is currently leased and operating as a bowling alley but Mr Ketterer said there is the possibility to redevelop or develop the site.
“There is around 800 square meters of land that is not occupied so it could be a mix type.”
Expressions of interest closed at 5pm on Monday.
