The Lady Braves won 86-61 as they dominated the Raiders both offensively and defensively at the State Basketball Centre.
Bendigo put Knox under pressure early as it raced to a 17-7 lead at quarter-time, before the Lady Braves increased their advantage to 44-29 at half-time.
The Lady Braves then killed off any hopes off a Knox fightback when they outscored the Raiders 27-18 in the third term to blow their lead out to 24 points heading into the final quarter.
Chantella Perera led the Lady Braves - who lost to Knox in last year's SEABL championship game - with 21 points, which included shooting 13-of-15 from the free-throw line.
Kerryn Harrington was also damaging, scoring 20 points off the bench, including four three-pointers.
Heather Oliver added 11 points for the Lady Braves, who had all 11 players score.
The Raiders' roster includes Bendigo Spirit players Gabe Richards and Kelly Wilson, but neither played on Sunday, with the pair, along with the Lady Braves' Alex Bunton, at an Australian Opals' camp.
