Brennan - the Spirit's fitness advisor and coach of South Bendigo Football Club - will run from Echuca to Bendigo this Friday.
Brennan will depart Echuca at 6am and expects to arrive at the Chinese Gardens in Bendigo by 6.15pm.
As part of his fundraising campaign for Ovarian Cancer, Brennan will be joined by Richards and Griffin at the Bendigo Marketplace from 3pm on Wednesday.
"It's a huge effort by Jeff to run from Echuca to Bendigo,'' Richards said.
"We're happy to throw our support behind the cause. Jeff's done a great job as the Spirit's fitness coach this year. I'm sure the girls will get satisfaction out of him being in pain in the run."
The first 10 people to greet the Spirit stars at Bendigo Marketplace will win a Bendigo Spirit prize pack.
For $5, the public can purchase a teal ovarian cancer wrist band and also have their photo taken with Richards, Griffin and the WNBL championship trophy.
Spirit basketballs will be on sale for $10 with all money going to Brennan's fundraising campaign.
Bendigo Toyota has jumped on board as the major sponsor of Brenann's campaign. People who would like to make a donation can log on to the Jeff Brennan High Performance Coaching Facebook page.
