Oogjes captured 1-9 off nine overs and scored a run in the clash with Harmony In Cricket XI on Fitzroy-Doncaster's turf.
The medium-fast bowler celebrated his first wicket for Victoria when a catch was taken in the gully.
A second-year player at Axe Creek, Oogjes was invited to try-out for Victoria's squad following the Cowboys All-Abilities team playing at Casey Fields.
Organiser of the All Abilities program at Axe Creek, Rob Fisher said Oogjes' selection was a fantastic achievement.
"Brayden caught the eye of selectors in matches at Casey Fields and Croydon.
"He was among 22 players who went to a session in the Billy Lawry nets at the MCG."
After starting this summer in Axe Creek's division one team, Oogjes had to fight back from a broken toe and then played in divisions two or three of the Emu Valley competition.
Fisher said the All Abilities program had 24 participants this season.
Since a come and try day in November, 2012, the All Abilities program at Axe Creek has flourished.
Plans are for the Cowboys to field an All Abilities indoor cricket team.
