The Townsville Fire have released 70 seats of their allocation back to the Spirit.
Once the 70 tickets are sold, standing room tickets will be sold.
Bendigo Stadium will be open between 9am and 4pm on Saturday and from 9am on Sunday for people who want to buy tickets.
Adult tickets are $49.50, concession tickets are $35 and tickets for children are $25.
Ticket prices for standing room tickets have yet to be set.
A crowd of more than 2500 is expected for Sunday's game.
Spirit centre Gabe Richards said the support of the Bendigo community was a huge benefit to the club.
"I've been amazed this week with the well-wishes we've had,'' Richards said.
"I've been stopped in the supermarket by people and I've had people ring me at work to say good luck. It's just lovely.
"The support we get at games is just huge.
"Our home crowd will play a big part in Sunday's grand final."
