Both teams will test their tackling skills in the special training session at Dower Park at 6pm.
Kangaroo Flat senior coach Jason Stevens said the session would be a chance for his players to learn some different skills.
"Our players are looking forward to the session and the skills that will translate from training alongside players from another code," he said.
Bendigo Dragons coach Robert Hunter will run training.
He said squad members would benefit from the session. "One of the biggest differences between our codes is that Gridiron is defined as a collision sport whilst Australian Rules football is a contact sport," Hunter said.
