The NUCA's past month has been interrupted by a general bye, two heat-outs and rain, but the final round was completed on Saturday.
Colbinabbin defeated Bagshot by 77 runs at home in a game where 30 wickets fell for the day.
Batting first, Colbinabbin was bowled out for 125, but it proved far too many for Bagshot, which was bundled out for just 48 in reply.
Colbinabbin - which ended the season fifth - then batted a second innings and was bowled out for 54.
The game featured three six-wicket hauls.
Bagshot's James Sexton took 6-11 in the first innings and Marc Sherwell claimed 6-25 in the second, including a hat-trick, while Colbinabbin's Steven Morgan bagged 6-12.
