The Horsham Amateur Basketball Association will host the weekend's scrimmages.
The Braves will play against fellow SEABL teams in the competition, including the Nunawading Spectres, Ballarat Miners and the Mount Gambier Pioneers.
It will be the first time the Braves will unleash their three new imports.
Americans Zack Atkinson and Dustin Salisbery will take to the court with Perth Wildcats development player Michael Vigor.
Coach Ben Harvey said the pre-season scrimmages was a chance for the team to get to no each other before the season proper began next month.
He said the team had only had three training sessions together.
"This weekend is about hitting the road and building team culture," Harvey said.
"It is about getting to know each other."
Harvey said new players Atkinson and Salisbery were continuing to adjust to the Australian lifestyle.
"They aren't used to the Australian culture," he said.
"So this weekend in Horsham is also about teaching them about the club and the importance of community."
Harvey said this weekend's scrimmages would also be a chance to test his players.
"It is an opportunity to see the guys play as a team and then we will know what we need to improve on going forward," he said.
The Bendigo Braves first SEABL game is against Brisbane on March 22.
