The first workshop is in Romsey on February 26, focusing on how clubs can become more "female-friendly".
It will explore barriers to women getting involved and how clubs can create a more welcoming and safer environment.
The second, in Bendigo on April 2, looks at how sporting groups use social media sites like Facebook and Twitter.
The seminars are facilitated by Sports Focus, in conjunction with vicsport.
The event at the Romsey Recreation Reserve sporting pavilion runs from 6.30pm-9pm. Cost is $25 or $40 for two people from the same club, with discounts for Sports Focus members.
