The blaze in Harts Lane, Kyneton broke out on Saturday about 3.45pm and was brought under control with the aid of 17 trucks and a Helitek water bomber.
Fire crews were called to a blaze in Old Fords Road, Redesdale on Saturday night about 9.30pm.
The fire destroyed eight hectares of grassland.
A red flag warning was issued for crews at the scene due to the danger of falling trees and the rough terrain which made access difficult.
The fire was brought under control by 34 trucks.
Fire crews remained at the scene into the early hours of Sunday morning to mop up the area.
