Bains and Hayman are two of the four qualifiers for the second $50,000 tournament, starting Tuesday.
After being handed a wildcard into the first event, 15-year-old Bains had to win a spot in the second tournament.
The Queenslander battled past Ellen Perez 6-3 0-6 6-4 to book her place in Monday's third round of qualifying.
Hayman, who pushed fifth seed Sachie Ishizu in the first tournament's opening round, won through to the second event in straight sets.
The Kiwi overcame Stephanie Bengson 6-3 6-4 on the Nolan Street courts.
Thailand's Varunya Wongteanchai picked herself up after failing to qualify for the first Bendigo International to book her place in the main draw.
The top qualifying seed breezed past Nicole Collie 6-2 6-2.
Western Australian Karis Ryan made the most of her second qualifying shot.
Ryan came from a set down to beat Tyra Calderwood 6-7 6-2 6-2.
The second $50,000 Pro Tour event hits-off on Tuesday, with the final on Sunday.
Perth's Casey Dellacqua took out the first tournament's final at the weekend.
