Various grades and teams will race on the Lyttleton Terrace circuit on Sunday, February 23.
A big day of racing will run from 11am until 4pm.
There will be three rounds in the Femme Vitesse.
Date and venue for the series opener is yet to be decided.
The finale is on March 2 on Yarra Boulevard in Richmond.
The inaugural series in 2012-13 was won by Jenny Macpherson, 113 points, from Nicole Whitburn, 110, and Bendigo's Kate Finegan on 98. Venues for last summer's four legs were Casey Fields, twice; Bendigo and Richmond.
