Firefighters, police, paramedics and State Emergency Services crews responded to the Louden Street incident just before 11pm on Saturday.
Bendigo Country Fire Authority duty officer Darren Eenjes said the car was ablaze when two Bendigo trucks arrived at the scene.
“The car appeared to have hit a tree and was well alight when our crews arrived,” he said.
“They could not find any occupants or driver so they did a search after putting the fire out.”
The CFA had the incident listed as safe by 11.13pm.
The Bendigo Advertiser was yesterday unable to ascertain if any occupants were located.
